Dell promotes HP servers!
Someone within Dell’s marketing department will be in for an ear bashing after an embarrassing blunder that appears to promote HP as offering better performance than Dell.
The error lies within a huge graphic (726 pixels wide) that runs across the full width at the top of Dell’s server pages. The text includes a boast that Dell’s blade servers offer “performance per Watt HP can’ beat”:
Dell will no doubt seek out the culprit and administer appropriate punishment in due course. In the meantime, a thank you card from HP might make for a nice finishing touch!
