Tuesday, August 22nd, 2006Welcome to my new style blog, which I’m pleased to say is now officially live (18 September).
I’ve chosen to switch to a “proper” blogging software package (WordPress), which not only looks better, but also offers a number of handy benefits.
From my perspective, it should prove much easier to publish, organise and manage. From yours, it will hopefully be more user-friendly. One feature of particular interest is that it offers you the opportunity to submit comments, should you wish to do so in response to a specific post.
If you’re looking for entries from the Captain’s Blog’s previous format, I’m afraid they’re now gone forever, sorry!
I really hope you like the new look and feel and I hope to enjoy the pleasure of your reading company - and perhaps also your comments - over time.
